2. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order only before we purchase the item from our suppliers.
Once we have confirmed the purchase from our supplier, cancellations are no longer possible.

Pre-order items are usually delivered within 15 to 20 days from the date of order confirmation.

The remaining balance (after the advance) must be paid at the time of delivery or as agreed upon during order confirmation.
5. Refunds
If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order for any reason, your advance payment will be refunded in full.
